Greetings folks and welcome to Brandon Walker’s Good Customer Service blog site!
I have over 40 years experience providing service to the public and as a result have learnt many techniques to improve and maximize customer service. My career has involved working my way up from the shop floor to Senior Management positions while working in Governmental occupations.
I have developed very good people skills, best practice methodology and a wealth of experience to competently handle a wide range of situations in the work-force. I enjoy working with people and consumers of all ages and from all walks of life. I have always had a passion for improving and enhancing customer service wherever I have worked because to me it is the key to sales, productivity and long term customer loyalty.
I have written my blog site so I can share with readers some of the many tips, techniques and secrets of good customer service that I have used successfully over many years of service in the public sector.
